„A city to photograph.”
M ilan, which has always been the economic capital of Italy, could certainly not remain indifferent to the idea of becoming part of the small circle of European and world metropolises. To support this vocation, in recent years surprising works have been created by architects of international renown, who have always been at the centre of the heated debate that opposes the development of vertical architecture, as opposed to a history of horizontal cities. In this photographic workshop in Milan we will document the implementation of a process of spectacularization of the image of the city to offer the public a new skyline certainly more suited to the role of world metropolis. In contrast, we will photograph those monuments that have always been part of the collective imagination, making Milan famous throughout the world, however, seeking new points of view that increase its appeal. But the most ambitious objective of this photographic workshop in Milan is to document a different city, the one outside the traditional tourist routes, unknown, sometimes hidden, but equally photogenic and attractive. At the end of this extraordinary experience what we will get is a collection of spectacular photographs ready to be published or exhibited.
