During the summer they become impossible places for the huge influx of tourists from all over the world, even for just one day, yearn to visit them. Out of season, on the other hand, they offer the view of solitary and enchanted landscapes that are dressed in incredible shades according to the time of day, thanks to the colorful facades of the houses. The villages are located in the part of the land where the sea is inserted winding to follow the natural shape of the hills, all except Corniglia, which, however, proudly dominates the waves from above. Behind it, a scenic, rugged, hilly setting protects the Cinque Terre, entirely decorated with green terraces where vines and olive trees are grown.
